Made2Fit sportswear appears in Bigger Than….series on Sky Living

11th January 2012- Media Jems is delighted to see the new range of made-to-order sportswear by Made2Fit appearing in the Bigger Than…series which is airing throughout January on Sky Living.

Sky Living HD’s brand new TV series, Bigger Than… meets the regular girls who think they have what it takes to make it as a celebrity lookalike – minus a few pounds, of course. They meet girls who want to look just like Britney Spears, Cheryl Cole, Rihanna, Beyonce, Lady Gaga and Katy Perry – and then put them on celebrity-inspired diets and give them idol-inspired workout routines to see if they really can look like their favourite stars – wearing Made2Fit sportswear of course!


Final negotiations for the new celebrity face of No Added Salt!

7th January 2012- Media Jems is delighted to announce that we can soon reveal the new celebrity face of new healthy food brand No Added Salt!

Following several meetings with the No Added Salt team over the summer, the perfect candidate was identified and Media Jems set about opening negotiations with agents. Some very exciting conversations have been taking place and we are very close to revealing who will help promote No Added Salt to families across the UK….Watch this space!


Cris Beswick wins Devil’s Dinner Party!

29th December 2011 – We were delighted to see our client Cris Beswick scoop the winning prize on Devil’s Dinner Party, which aired on Sky Atlantic over the Christmas break.

Media Jems put Cris forward to the production team earlier in the year as we had a good feeling about his ability to get through the competition! Cris too part in filming in late 2011, but we all had to remain tight-lipped about his win until the show aired! Cris donated his prize winnings to the Little Lives Appeal at Milton Keynes Hospital, a charity he has supported with his wife Nikki for some time. Well done Cris!


Media Jems helps UK prepare for The Shift, explore the Third Way and keep their loans Safe!

20th November 2011 – Media Jems has been busy this month with event promotion, website copywriting and a new personal finance campaign!

Media Jems was enlisted by the organisers of The Shift Event to help raise awareness of the event and it’s speakers in the lead up to the event. We also worked on producing copy for a boutique commercial interior design company called The Third Way, in preparation for the new website launch in 2012. And following discussions with short term loan provider SafeLoans, Media Jems will be starting a campaign to help boost awareness of responsible borrowing and help tackle the negative feelings around Pay Day Loans.

Record summer for Media Jems thanks to new ‘Payment by Project’ service

7th September 2011 – Media Jems is celebrating a record summer for new business after introducing a new project based PR service for clients with limited marketing budgets.

Activities falling within the ‘Payment by Project’ service include press release writing and distribution, interview placements, product review placements, forward feature planning and creative campaign planning. 19th August 2011 – The consumer PR team is delighted to now be working with two new to market brands with exciting plans for world domination!

Made2Fit is a new brand of custom made, high quality sportswear available to order online. Customers can tailor their items to their exact specifications from over 100 different combinations, including colour, finish, even cuffs and collars! They have enlisted Media Jems to help promote the range via a combination of features, news items and product reviews. No Added Salt is a new range of healthy and nutritious ready meals designed to perfectly match the nutritional needs of young children. After gaining record interest during their pitching in Angels Den, the team behind No Added Salt have asked Media Jems to help promote the brand and gain traction prior to their official launch in late 2011. This month has also seen the commission of a suite of marketing collateral for Internet Marketing specialists Gillissa, focusing on their Feed Manager Product and additional modules.

11th July 2011 – Media Jems is delighted to now be working with three exciting new clients.

UK’s leading electric car charging provider POD Point have enlisted the support of Media Jems to help promote their growing network of POD Points across the UK and their involvement with both the private and public sector with regards to provision of charge points for private, public and home usage. The Fitness Club London has enlisted the support of Media Jems’ dedicated health & beauty department to help promote their unique personal training experience and a brand new iPad App that is set to revolutionise the fitness industry. txt2buy have selected Media Jems’ renowned retail PR team to deliver a hard hitting awareness campaign to promote their unique new service which enables customers to purchase items via a simple text message.

Katie Richardson graduated from The University of Sheffield with 1st Class Hons. in Journalism Studies in 2009 and won the ITV News Broadcasting Prize for her final broadcast portfolio. We are currently recruiting for 2 graduates with an interest in PR who would like some work experience over the summer. The placement is based in Norwich, Norfolk and is unpaid but there will be a small contribution towards expenses per week.
